Construction Innovation Hub Digital Impact Lead (CDBB)

The Digital Impact Lead will be highly visible and influential across government, industry and the research partners in the Construction Innovation Hub to ensure that we are successful in achieving our goal of transforming the UK’s construction sector. 

In this role you will work closely with the Hub Programme Director, Keith Waller, and colleagues responsible for impact in Value, Manufacturing and Assurance to influence the emerging shape and delivery of the £72M Hub programme. This is an important influencing role and will proceed in an agile and opportunistic manner according to the expectations of our funders, our relationship with industry and the requirements of the Benefits Plan.

Construction Innovation Hub Technical Lead (BRE) 

The Construction Innovation Hub is looking for a Technical Lead to manage the delivery of the technical outcomes across the workstreams including Whole Life Performance, Quality Management, Assurance & Compliance, Digital and Skills & Training. In this exciting role you will work closely in an agile way with the BRE Programme Technical Workstream Leads and the BRE Hub Programme Lead. You will also work with several technical and engineering partners who are distributed across the UK, to align specification, delivery and deployment.

Construction Innovation Hub Digital Construction Workstream Lead (BRE) 

The Hub is looking for an Information Management Lead to lead and coordinate research including areas such as BIM and information management, construction product data, digitised building regulations and data assurance. Reporting to the Hub Programme Lead (BRE), you will work closely with our partners, the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) and Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) regarding the wider programme.

Construction Innovation Hub Project Manager (MTC)

We have a number of exciting new roles as contract Project Manager. In this role you will have/be able to lead and manage successful delivery of a number of projects within the Hub, ensuring customer needs are clearly captured, understood, and effectively built into sub project proposals. You will liaise with resource owners / team leaders to ensure effective use of resources in delivering project quality, cost and delivery within project scope.

Construction Innovation Hub Customer Success BIM Data Engineer (BRE)

The Hub is looking for a Customer Success BIM Data Engineer. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a key focus for the Construction Innovation Hub programme. Key to the delivery of BIM is the requirement for structured data. As such, we are seeking to employ a BIM knowledgeable engineer with a data science background to aid with the definitions of UK construction data standards, tools and demonstrator projects. This role will work in a collaborative way with other multi-disciplinary colleagues across a range of projects.

We have a number of exciting new roles for BIM Research Engineers. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a key focus for the Hub. Key to the delivery of BIM is the requirement for structured data. Construction Innovation Hub Senior Building Control Manager (BRE)

The Hub is looking for a Senior Building Control Manager to support projects focused on digital compliance and regulation, with the emphasis placed on strong capability to support digital transformation of traditional working procedures. You will join us with a recognised professional qualification in Building Control (RICS, CABE, CIOB). The role offers you the opportunity to utilise your digital capabilities and extensive professional judgement to interpret the regulations and associated technical guidance into digitised compliance and standards.
