Construction Innovation Hub Programme Managers (Platform and non-Platform) (MTC)

We have two exciting new roles as Progamme Managers. In these roles you will act as a role models and champion the development of high potential and high performance across the programme and ensure Programme Management best practice is followed and understood within the wider Hub. You will liaise with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Co-Ordinators to ensure performance within the team.

Construction Innovation Hub Engagement Manager (BRE)

The Hub is seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Manager to join our growing and diverse team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be suitable for an individual with extensive experience of stakeholder engagement and management, and will involve leading the planning and delivery of a comprehensive package of workstream-level engagement activities, including industry consultations, establishing working groups and facilitation of events. The role holder will lead the Hub’s relationships with key delivery partners and identify opportunities to engage with the Hub’s critical stakeholders such as construction businesses, supply chain partners, sectoral associations and professional bodies.

BIM Data Deployment Engineer (BRE)

We have an exciting new role for an BIM Data Deployment Engineer to join our Digital Construction team on an 18-24 month fixed term contract. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a key focus for BRE and for the Construction Innovation Hub programme. Key to the delivery of BIM is the requirement for structured data. As such, we are seeking to employ a knowledgeable BIM engineer with deployment experience and an interest in data science to aid with the definitions of UK construction data standards, tools and demonstrator projects. These roles will work in a collaborative way with other multi-disciplinary colleagues across a range of projects. This is a great opportunity for a BIM Data Deployment Engineer to work on leading edge research in the construction sector, working with a number of expert organisations across the country.

Construction Innovation Hub Senior Information Management (BIM) Specialist (2 positions) (CDBB)

We are looking for 2 Senior Information Management (BIM) specialists. The Senior Information Management Specialist supports the Centre for Digital Built Britain’s (CDBB)’s objective of ensuring that Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes become business as usual. They will apply their technical expertise and experience in support of the UK BIM Programme and the implementation of the UK BIM Framework. The role holder will support technical aspects of the joint projects of the Hub. Working independently and with external collaborators, the Senior Information Manager will exert influence to ensure successful delivery and alignment with the Centre’s objectives and the UK BIM Framework. S/he will consult with stakeholders from across the client and construction sectors to influence opinion, through face-to-face events and written reports.

Construction Innovation Hub Information Management (BIM) Specialist (2 positions) (CDBB)

We are looking for two Information Management (BIM) specialists. The Information Management Specialist supports the Centre for Digital Built Britain’s (CDBB)’s objective of ensuring that Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes become business as usual, thus increasing commercial competitiveness and productivity, as well as citizen quality of life and well-being. The role holder will liaise extensively with external stakeholders including the UK BIM Alliance, government departments and internally with CDBB’s alliance partners in the Construction Innovation Hub, MTC and BRE.
