Value Toolkit

Encouraging an industry-wide conversation on value-led approaches

We have the opportunity to improve the future delivery and performance of our nation’s infrastructure by transforming how key decisions are made – by Government, our construction sector and procurers – through a move towards value-based decision making.

The Value Toolkit provides a structured approach to embedding value-based decision making in built-environment portfolios, programmes and projects. Using the Toolkit, clients can drive better social, environmental and economic outcomes from the delivery and operation of their assets.

Submit your thoughts on what a value-led approach would mean for your organisation and the construction sector. Join the #ValueToolkit community to be a part of the change.
