Digital Construction Week (24-25 November) 2021 was the biggest in-person event for the Construction Innovation Hub in 2021. Full of interesting exhibits and key conversations, it was a productive and fascinating two days.
We were delighted to partner with Digital Construction Week (DCW) in delivering the UK’s leading exhibition for innovation and technology in the built environment. The Construction Innovation Hub was the sponsor of the Main Stage which showcased a fantastic programme of presentations and panel discussions, with speakers from BRE, MTC and CDBB and our external partners sharing their knowledge on a range of thought-provoking topics. The main stage also hosted exciting presentations from those across the sector who also are driving innovation and technology forward in the built environment including presentations from Innovate UK and the Infrastructure and Projects Authority.
Our presentations and discussions included topics such as, ‘Government Soft Landings and the golden thread for local authorities’, ‘How digital construction is enabling construction to embrace Platform based design’, ‘LEXiCON: The new language of data management’, ‘The Value of Data’, ‘The Digital Innovation Imperative’, ‘Digital Compliance Ecosystem’ and more!
A huge thank you goes out to the show organisers, our partners, colleagues and our hosts – Programme Director Keith Waller, Information Management Delivery Lead Henry Fenby-Taylor and Impact Directors Gill Kelleher and David Philp for their support. And to the attendees who visited – it was great to meet you!
